When selling your home there is "NO Magic".  All real estate Guru's say price it right the first time.

The Average buyer looks at about 12 homes before making a buying decision.   The buying process starts 7 months out. By the time the purchaser sees your home, they already know what your home is worth.

To get maximum dollars for your home there are some "Key Issues" that must be taken into consideration. One, there must be curb appeal, this will benefit perspective buyers and create the desire to want to look inside. Two, the inside must have some form of emotional attachment. This could be done in the kitchen, family room, master bedroom, or overall layout of your home.  To create this feeling everything should be clutter free and look as new and fresh as possible.  The competetion, a lot to times will be New Construction. So, "We as a Team" need to work together to create that look and feeling.

I hope these tips will help in getting your home sold within a reasonable amount of time with the fewest  problems and the price you desire.
