I started my Real Estate Career in 1980 in the Greater Lansing area. I started out with Century 21 and learned all about their system , from the Gold Coats to their listing presentation. I attended many Real Estate Seminars and enjoyed being honored at the National Conventions in San Fransico in 1986 and again in Orlando in 1987. I was highly effective during my early years when the market was similar to todays conditions.  Over Supply!!!!!   It finally, like always, leveled off in the mid 1980's.

In 1990 my office changed franchises and we became affiliated with Prudential Real Estate.  Again, I learned their system and was highly successful with working with buyers and sellers and was honored at their National Convention in San Antonio in 1994. I was in the top 5% of all Real Estate agents nationwide.

1994 was a great year and I moved to Ann Arbor and joined the Michigan Group.  I was hired to Mentor all the new agents at our office.  I gave the newer agents the tools to be successful.  Many of my Mentees are enjoying successes today from the systems we set up.

In 1998 The Michigan Group changed to Real Estate One.  Real Estate One had more tools and newer technology to help the agents come into the new Millinium. I am associated with the largest Real Estate Company in Michigan.  We have more agents and tools to be successful.

Today, I work again with buyers and sellers, and one thing I learned in the 1990's, is to specialize. I work mainly in Golf Communities around Washtenaw County.  Most of my business is in Ann Arbor, Saline and Dexter School Districts.  I enjoy playing golf and tennis.  Working in these communities, makes the time I spend with Buyers and Sellers very informative and very enjoyable.
