The smart people who are thinking of selling in the up coming months are taking inventory on what needs to be done or improved upon to make their home more saleable. Right now, there is a lot of activity in the market place. Open Houses seem to have more groups coming through, some are tire kickers, and others are trying to determine a good value. Some families want to get moved by the end of the school year. Others, are being transfered here from different locations. Also, there is a lot of pinned up buying energy where buyers along with homeowners have sat on the fence for the last couple of years and are waiting for the time to be right to take advantage of the Market Place. If there was ever a time to reposition yourself in the market place, I think it is now. The market is changing rapidly, the supply is lower and the demand is greater. With a lower supply of homes and condo's on the market for sale, prices have some what stabilized. It seems that "Now is the Time".
