Ann Arbor Board of Realtors MLS Search
Hello, I'm John Romagnoli and your source for Ann Arbor Real Estate.
What a great time, 2012. It looks like the economy is starting to turn, and for the best. Prediction is, that MIchigan's econonmy will grow over the next couple of years, so things are looking brighter. The unemployment rate for Washtenaw County is 5.7%, which is way less than the national average.
In today's competitive Real Estate Market, timing is everything. Make sure when you are choosing an agent, that they are up-to-date on all current market trends and conditions in your neighborhood.
I pride myself for being ahead of the curve. I have sold homes all across the state, 10 different counties. I have been helping Buyers and Sellers make good decisions on housing since 1980. In that span of time, I have seen many different market conditions. To be effective in the ever changing market place, I must be flexible and willing to change and to adapt to the current conditions. I do this by specializing in certain areas, mainly Golf Communities in and around Washtenaw County.
Remember, " When You Hit Rock Bottom, There Is Only One Way To Go, Straight Up Or Sideways".
The car companies are starting to call back their employees, so eventually the prices will start to go up. It will still take time to reach the peak prices of the early 2000's.
Right now, there is a lot of activity in the market place. Open Houses seem to have more groups coming through, some are tire kickers, and others are trying to determine a good value. Some families want to get moved by the end of this school year, or the start of the next Semester. Others, are being transfered here from different locations. Also, there is a lot of pinned up buying energy, where buyers along with homeowners have sat on the fence for the last couple of years and are waiting for the time to be right to take advantage of the Market Place. If there was ever a time to reposition yourself in the market place, I think it is now. The market is changing rapidly, the supply is lower and the demand is greater. With a lower supply of homes and condo's on the market for sale, prices have some what stabilized. It seems that "Now is the Time".
If you are thinking of making a housing change, now or in the future, I would enjoy the opportunity to be your Realtor!!!!!
